When I was looking at a house but didn’t know if I was going to move we found the sunny Darden Group and I talked with Carrie….well even though I wasn’t sure what I was planning on doing Carrie still kept intouch with me over the years and finally my dad signed the deed to the house to me and that’s when I knew I was going to go with Carrie ( sunny Darden group)…. we had ran into some issues but they made me feel like family not just a seller to a house…. they went above and beyond and they made my dream possible and I am glad I went with them instead of anyone else and wouldn’t have done anything differently if I had to go back and do it again because I would pick the sunny Darden Group everytime!!!!!Michelle C.
