Art and I placed a plan in action to move out of state in a relatively short window of time. In order to do so, we needed a realtor and team who were professional, trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable of the market and the area we lived in. From the initial meeting, through the staging, open house and final sale, we found all of those high points and more in Sunny Darden, Jane Geelan-Sayres and their incredible team. Homeowners typically have a self-inflated sense of value of their property. Our advice to a potential seller is to listen and trust Sunny, Jane and their team. Their advice in our case led to a one day on the market with a full price sale! Can’t go wrong with that!
