Jane and the Sunny Darden Group were absolute Godsends to a small family suddenly relocating across the country from CA to Texas. Jane came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. From the moment we met her for coffee we knew she was the right person for the job. She understood our needs, worked with us any time we called to answer questions and prompt new ones that we didn’t even know to ask. She steered us away from homes based on her deep knowledge of structural issues, floodplains and other issues we know nothing about. And, she was not afraid to show us the breadth of possibilities, from new construction to remodels to older homes – as long as she saw something in them that fit our needs. Ultimately, we used Jane to purchase a new construction that she helped negotiate a great deal on, and she was there with us for every step – financing, coordinating payments and wire transfers, insurance, inspections, walkthroughs and closing.
