Sunny was a pleasure to deal with in the listing and sale of our home. We had already moved and we were able to rely on Sunny to ensure things like our landscaping service, staging, etc. was doing a good job, She also did a great job of presenting our home via all the electronic tools, such as social media and was present for all showings to let the buyer and their agent know of the key aspects of the home and provided them with a really well done book to take home on the features of the house, pictures, improvements, etc. Lastly she stayed on top of the timing from the offer acceptance to closing and kept us informed all along the way. We would definitely use Sunny in a future transaction and highly recommend her and her team!gwb783
