May 13th at 9am I saw this house in my neighborhood that was awesome and I wanted it. I called my agent Jane Geelan Sayres and we were touring the home by noon. We put an offer in that evening. Saturday morning the 15th they accepted the offer. We closed today. All this in less than a month!! I have known Sunny Spaeth Darden from Sunny Darden Group at Compass for years, and to no surprise, she has built an amazing team from beginning to end. So professional and so awesome to work with.
