When we had a job change and planned to move and needed to find a proven, amazing realtor who was also a trusted friend I reached out to Amy McCarty and the Sunny Darden group! From day one, they proved to know the Argyle market- advising us in every way imaginable. They sent a stager and moved furniture around in every room for us to prep for photos, connected us with local vendors to tend to necessary fixes and changes, and gave us constant feedback on the views and market changes, and walked us through offers and three back out offers. We found ourselves in a tough position when three buyers backed out, but they were constantly attentive to our needs and worked tirelessly to help us close.
