We knew selling our house was a big part of some major life changes that we had upcoming. We chose Stacey and Sunny due to the familiarity Stacey had with us and our house (Stacey sold us our house). Stacey knew how the house was when we purchased it and she understood the value of the upgrades and enhancements we made to the house. Stacey listened and understood what our overall plans were and came up with a strategy to get our house market ready and on the market at the right time to maximize eyes and buyer interest. The advice that Stacey and the team gave us made the house look the best and the team they use for photos and videos really made the house stand out. The overall team kept us updated regularly and we felt involved and in control of the entire process.
