I could write many good things about Sunny Darden and her team, but I think the reader of this review will be most helped if I just provide a completely honest testimonial of our experience with Sunny and her staff. My wife and I are moving to Japan as part of our retirement plans. In order to do so, we knew we had to first sell our home in Texas. We spent 14 long months dealing with two different realtors, but sadly discovered that our home was not selling. About the time that we felt we were not getting anywhere, Sunny Darden sent us a colorful business card in the mail indicating that she would be interested in selling our home. We contacted her office, and she responded almost immediately. Very soon after that, she came to our home with extremely valuable market information about our home and an excellent strategy for selling it. Sunny exudes self-confidence, authenticity, professionalism, superior knowledge of the real estate market, intelligence, business savvy, and deep compassion and kindness towards her clients. I can still see her walking around our home and providing some very wise suggestions to help make our home much more attractive to potential buyers. She said to us, “I am GOING to sell your home”. That kind of calm assurance is contagious. For once in a long while we felt that yes, we COULD sell our home! Sunny made everything clear to us and easy to understand. Sunny also volunteered to come with another lady from her team and soft stage our home. They made our home look just beautiful! Sunny and her team are very talented in making a home look as appealing as possible. She then advertised our home in just about every way possible on social media, etc. and also suggested a series of Open House events that really helped us see potential buyers come by. We were so inspired by the results of Sunny and her team. Their customer service left no stone unturned and clearly went the extra mile, and beyond, for us! They were so reliable and exhibited extreme punctuality throughout our relationship with them. Their efforts were significantly measurable in our eyes. They stayed positive and that attitude impacted us too. Sunny and her team kept us abreast of the smallest details. They stayed in touch with us on a daily basis via phone calls, text messages, and emails. They amazed us with their hard work and problem-solving skills related to the most complex and unexpected issues. They also impressed us with their strong negotiation skills and ability to secure a favorable deal for us. We always felt that Sunny and her team were dedicated and focused on our best interests. All we experienced from Sunny and her team was friendliness, encouragement, promptness, market knowledge, strategic thinking and a consistently positive demeanor. Ultimately, in less than two months, we were thrilled to discover that our house sold at List Price! Thank you, Sunny!
